📋 Description

• Lead the Acquisition team's delivery, operational reliability, and developer experience, co-leading
• Write high-quality, well-tested TypeScript and own end-to-end delivery to production.
• Partner with product, the Engineering Leadership Team, and stakeholders to translate business goals
• Coach and mentor engineers, raising standards through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions.
• Drive improvements to developer experience, CI/CD, observability, and release practices.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs balancing reliability, performance, and cost across AWS services.
