📋 Description

• Lead three customer-facing teams: Onboarding, Mobile, Office Productivity.
• Build and lead a team responsible for 9fin's mobile apps and productivity tooling.
• Shape the technical vision and roadmap for integrating into customer workflows beyond web.
• Partner with Product and Design to identify AI, notifications, and productivity value.
• Guide architecture across mobile apps, backend services, and Office integrations.
• Drive engineering excellence focused on outcomes, adoption, and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead high-performing product engineering teams delivering customer-facing products.
• Strong technical background in architecture, system design, and APIs.
• Experience building or leading mobile apps, productivity tooling, or workflows.
• Understand API-first architectures and multi-service integration.
• Experience delivering AI-powered product experiences in workflows.
• Able to translate customer problems, goals, and constraints into solutions.
