📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical build for 1–3 Strategic Deals
• Lead tech with the customer’s senior engineers to define success
• Decide what Decagon should build and lead a pod to ship it
• Productionize work to benefit all customers, not just one
• Own multiple technical workstreams: infra, agent, model eval, reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering
• Strong engineering leadership or ex-technical founder
• Strong appetite for customer-facing work
• Comfort owning high-stakes accounts with ambiguity
• Ability to assess timelines, weigh risks, and decide under pressure
• Bonus: productionizing agentic systems
