Engineering Lead, Web Platform

📋 Description

• Define and lead the technical strategy for the ClickHouse web platform.
• Architect and build the marketing site and systems using Next.js, React, JavaScript and TypeScript and Strapi.
• Contribute production code across the platform. Hands-on engineering role.
• Continuously improve the platform’s performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility and maintainability.
• Own the technical health of the website, including Core Web Vitals, deployment pipelines, observability and engineering best practices.
• Partner with Demand Generation to improve self-service capabilities and evolve experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building modern web platforms with Next.js, React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong software architecture and systems design experience.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Strapi.
• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility, analytics and frontend practices.
• Experience building reliable production systems with modern deployment, monitoring and observability tooling.
