Engineering Leader, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of infrastructure engineers (hiring, coaching)
• Own delivery for critical infra and services-platform initiatives
• Drive reliability using SRE: SLIs/SLOs, readiness, automation, resiliency
• Strengthen incident response: on-call health, postmortems, follow-up
• Build and evolve cloud foundations on AWS and Kubernetes-based services
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and deliver shared roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people leadership across levels
• Strong technical depth with hands-on software engineering and infra/platform engineering
• Production experience on AWS (EKS/ECS, RDS, VPC, EC2, S3) and scalable internal platforms
• Kubernetes experience with Istio, ingress, and service discovery
• Observability and tooling expertise (Datadog, FireHydrant, Sentry)
• Collaboration across teams with strong written and verbal communication
