Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the core capabilities at the heart of a global SaaS
• Own technical direction and delivery while modernizing systems that support critical client
• Balance hands-on engineering with team leadership, spending ~20–30% of time contributing to
• Collaborate with Product and AI/ML partners to shape strategy, architecture, and roadmap priorities.
• Raise engineering standards around reliability, observability, security, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, ideally leading teams in agile, remote environments.
• Hands-on experience writing production code and maintaining production systems.
• Ability to contribute to codebase, review code, make architectural decisions, and unblock
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic features; leading teams into emerging technical
• Strong technical affinity with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React; solid API design experience.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Kafka is a plus.
