📋 Description

• Lead engineering and QA talent: manage, mentor, and support the career progression of both software

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management
• Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing QA functions, including test strategy definition, QA
• Active, hands-on coding proficiency in our core stack (e.g., Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, React
• Proven ability to facilitate technical and architectural discussions, empowering engineers to lead
• Thoughtful approach to modern developer tooling and AI, with the ability to evaluate and integrate
• Proven track record of managing quality metrics and validation throughput (e.g., defect density
