Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineering teams by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers throughout discovery, opportunity assessment, solution
• Shape technical and product decisions by challenging assumptions, evaluating alternative solutions
• Own engineering execution from planning and implementation to deployment, production operations
• Ensure predictable delivery by establishing effective prioritization, coordinating dependencies
• Guide technical direction, contributing to architectural decisions and maintaining engineering

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams within a product-focused technology
• Demonstrated success delivering complex products, software systems, or technical initiatives in a
• Strong product mindset with experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers on
• Strong technical judgment and ability to participate in architectural discussions and evaluate
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, assess competing priorities, make sound trade-offs, and take
• Excellent leadership, coaching, feedback, and team development capabilities.
