📋 Description

• Lead and manage the backend engineering organization, providing direction across engineering
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services supporting
• Drive engineering execution and delivery, ensuring initiatives are accurately scoped, efficiently
• Establish practices that promote high availability, reliability, scalability, and operational
• Guide architectural decisions and help build a modern, innovative engineering organization with
• Identify and reduce technical debt, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term system

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and leading backend systems at scale, ideally within fintech
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering managers, technical leads, and
• Strong technical understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, scalability
• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and leaders, develop talent, and build strong teams while
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex day-to-day
