Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own a product pod with 4-6 engineers, PM, and a designer
• Shape ambitious roadmaps and drive delivery for your pod
• Hands-on leadership: review PRs, contribute to architecture, and guide the team
• Coach engineers and influence team culture and processes
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to deliver client impact

🎯 Requirements

• You've managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year
• You’ve grown engineers, including senior ICs, and conducted hard performance conversations
• Experience in a high-performing product org with PMs and designers owning product outcomes
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and limited resources
• Experience using AI coding tools in your own work
• You’re hands-on: you write code, review it, and contribute to system design
