📋 Description

• Manage and support a team of engineers
• Partner with Product, Design, and Success stakeholders to plan and execute the product roadmap
• Coach and develop engineers, supporting their career growth
• Remove obstacles and improve team processes and collaboration
• Diagnose project execution challenges and make practical adjustments
• Maintain strong technical involvement and contribute to technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience or equivalent
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Technical background in Clojure or frontend technologies like React and TypeScript
• Ability to read and understand code and technical design documentation
• Experience working in remote and distributed teams
