Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own engineering delivery for the product pod, including planning, estimation, prioritization
• Partner with the product owner to review product requirements, identify gaps and edge cases, assess
• Lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, evaluate implementation approaches, and guide
• Balance delivery speed, product priorities, engineering quality, scalability, and technical debt to
• Establish and reinforce engineering best practices covering code reviews, automated testing
• Drive production quality through root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and measures that

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading engineering
• Strong experience building and delivering modern Enterprise SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud-native application development, preferably using AWS.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code
• Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional
