• Own day-to-day operational rhythm of the engineering org
• Ensure development cycles are planned, tracked, and complete
• Unblock engineers; triage bugs and customer issues timely
• Track status, follow up, keep team moving without micromanaging
• Growth path to expand ownership across hiring, infra, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years managing a team
• Kubernetes experience; credible with team and customers
• Organized; run off a system; follow-through
• GitHub ops: issues, PRs, boards, labels, milestones
• Strong communicator; engineers trust you; straight answers
• Shape Up/Scrum/Kanban cycles; understand engineering flow
