📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for an AI-powered clinical intelligence
• Partner with clinical, product, design, and AI stakeholders to shape roadmap for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with >=2 years in people management.
• Proven track record leading complex software from 0 to 1, preferably in healthcare or regulated
• Strong ability to communicate technical strategy to executives; comfortable with architecture
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS or GCP), relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and messaging
• Professional experience with Go and modern software practices.
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered systems in production.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $215,000 to $275,000 (USD), depending on experience and location.
