• Define and drive the technical vision across multiple product areas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in people management.
• Experience leading 0→1 product development in healthcare or SaaS.
• Strategic and tactical; comfortable presenting to execs and reviewing architecture.
• Thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments with autonomy and feedback.
• Backend with AWS/GCP, Postgres/MySQL, messaging (SQS, Kafka). Go a plus.
