• Full agentic development experience in B2B/enterprise environments
• 5+ years software engineering and 3+ years leading teams
• Deep technical excellence: design patterns, SOLID, modern architecture
• Experience building on-premise deployed products
• Quality and test discipline with AI usage
• Drive technical ownership and mentor team
