Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineers to refine backlog.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and milestones.
• Maintain high engineering standards; monitor SLIs/SLOs.
• Guide design decisions and participate in code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years as Software Developer/Engineer in hands-on roles.
• 5+ years leading high-performing software teams.
• Strong backend with Java and Spring Boot; frontend knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in Agile: sprint planning, backlog grooming, iterative delivery.
• Experience translating requirements into EPICs, stories, tasks; plan tooling.
