Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers through regular coaching, feedback, performance
• Own sprint planning, task allocation, delivery tracking, and execution in close collaboration with
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for the engineering team.
• Maintain high standards across code quality, documentation, testing, architecture, and technical
• Identify delivery risks, technical bottlenecks, and dependencies early, proactively communicating
• Partner with senior engineering leadership on team priorities, architectural decisions, development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate engineering
• Hands-on experience with Bubble.io or strong familiarity with no-code and low-code development
• Proven experience managing software delivery in an agile environment, including sprint planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
