📋 Description

• Facilitate team-level design discussions, ensuring sound architecture and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical foundation
• Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business contexts
