📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of engineers building UDS-compatible apps.
• Deliver scalable, highly available, secure products on schedule.
• Align engineering roadmaps with Product objectives across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and processes.
• Mentor engineers to grow professionally and technically.
• Communicate with clients and engineers on specs, budgets, and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building, maintaining platforms and infrastructure.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams in remote/distributed environments.
• Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes deployments.
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
