📋 Description

• Lead tech direction and delivery of payment integration solutions.
• Grow a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Define strategy for payment integrations, APIs, and backend systems.
• Own architectural decisions: integration patterns, microservices, event-driven systems.
• Guide engineers through complex challenges with hands-on support.
• Establish best practices for API design, testing, security, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams (hiring, coaching, PM)
• Strong architecture and prioritization skills
• Experience in payments/fintech or payment integrations
• Deep understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and transaction flows
• Backend expertise in Java, Golang, or Kotlin
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven design
