Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts to deliver RNG assets safely and on time
• Manage technical efforts across Process, Mechanical, external teams, and consultants
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements, scope, and permits
• Collaborate with PM, Ops, and BD to develop, optimize and run RNG facilities
• Support commissioning, start-up and operations of the assets
• Recruit, train, and develop engineers to support business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred)
• 10+ years of process engineering and project execution experience, ops mgmt preferred
• Team player with ability to manage a team and get results
• Demonstrated succinct, clear communication (oral and written)
• Passion for delivering results and problem solving
• Strong knowledge or energy engineering processes, standards, and vendor processes
