Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• The Engineering Manager will lead the technical direction, team development, and delivery of
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and
• Define and drive the technical strategy for payment integrations, APIs, and backend systems.
• Own architectural decisions related to integration patterns, microservices, event-driven systems
• Guide engineers through complex technical challenges and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices around API design, testing, security, performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to make architectural decisions and prioritize
• Experience working in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or teams responsible for payment
• Deep understanding of payment systems, including PSP integrations, transaction flows, network
• Strong backend engineering background with experience in Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar
• Solid knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, event-driven systems, and integration design
