📋 Description

• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Own onboarding for new engineers; partner on hiring and career growth.
• Spend 20%+ time as IC; lead cross-engineer projects.
• Build infra and tooling to ship fast; AI-enabled development.
• Own security and compliance incl SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Manage project-based contract engineers and distributed contributors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading engineering teams in startup/high-growth.
• Led teams through complex technical initiatives.
• Strong technical judgment; architecture and design.
• Build engineering culture: ownership, craft, accountability.
• Go, TypeScript, React experience a plus; customer-facing skills.
• Background in developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, or AI-native products.
