Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction, coaching, and support while
• Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery roadmap for core platform domains with
• Design and deliver agentic workflows enabling AI systems to plan, execute, and adapt testing
• Remain hands-on, ~20-30% of time on production code, reviews, designs, and bottlenecks.
• Modernize legacy systems, consolidate data models, improve transactional integrity, reduce debt
• Establish engineering practices around planning, design reviews, standards, and delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, ideally leading teams of four+ engineers in agile
• Recent hands-on experience writing production code and maintaining production systems.
• Ability to contribute to codebase, review code, make architectural decisions, and unblock
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic features in production or leading teams into
• Strong affinity with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React; solid API design and development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Kafka is a plus.
