📋 Description

• Lead one or two teams of 6-8 engineers, each including a Tech Lead and set the standard for how
• Raise engineering and operational excellence, holding a high bar for system performance, quality
• Shape technical direction and influence architectural decisions in partnership with Tech Leads and
• Own delivery outcomes end to end, working with Product, Data and Marketing to shape objectives and
• Grow engineers and Tech Leads into their next level through coaching, mentoring and timely
• Improve how the team works, from decision-making to product team maturity, so every quarter runs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years as an Engineering Manager, confident running a team of 5-8 engineers, with a track record
• Background in backend or frontend engineering and experience with distributed systems, so you carry
• Outcome-oriented: solve real user and business problems rather than shipping features, keep the
• Confident people leader: support growth through mentoring and development conversations and give
• Great communicator: simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders and help
• AI-first mindset: use AI daily, arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good
