• Strong communication and leadership experience.
• Experience managing and coaching teams of engineers.
• Hands-on software development in robust, high-volume systems.
• Proficient in AWS, Java, Kotlin, GitLab, SQL, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SDLC and engineering best practices.
• Ability to set goals, track progress, and influence across levels.
