• Walking the talk through dedicating a portion of you time to hands-on design and development
• Coaching engineers to grow in a professional (improving skills, problem-solving abilities) and
• Preparing short-(quarter) and mid-term plans(year) while contributing to strategic goals and vision
• Being responsible for the growth and happiness of the team members.

• Extensive hands-on experience in software development, working on robust, complex systems that
