Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers, supporting professional growth and providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with partners to understand data and our requirements, delivering technical solutions.
• Design scalable software solutions using Java, microservices, Docker, EKS, Solr/OpenSearch, and AWS
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through best practices in coding, testing, deployment, unit
• Create project success by contributing hands-on during sprints, resolving complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 Years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in java, microservices, python, SQL and
• At least 4 years of experience managing people
• Improve AI adoption to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational
• Experience in search technologies such as Solr or Open Search
• Expertise of AWS Services like EC2, EKS and Lambda.
