🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of software development in C++, Java, Python or Go.
• Proven expertise managing projects through the SDLC and on-time delivery.
• Strong customer focus.
• Experience growing an agile Scrum environment with short cycles.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end quality practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
