📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery across Sales, BD, AM, and Ops for the platform.
• Explain API functionality, sandbox, data formats, auth, errors to customers.
• Lead technical reviews and tailored solutions per requirements.
• Answer complex tech questions live to unblock delivery.
• Provide post-call summaries, architecture diagrams, and next steps.
• Be SME for SaaS platform, APIs, integrations, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Engineering Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Tech Lead in SaaS.
• Strong APIs, integrations, and system design experience.
• Able to explain complex tech concepts to technical and non technical audiences.
• Experience supporting customer integrations, implementations, or onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, incl. technical docs.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in ambiguity.
