Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of back-end software engineers developing gRPC APIs and operating infrastructure for
• Develop efficient team methods to adroitly delivery value to our customers
• Collaborate across the organization and consistently interface with UI, UX, customer success
• Develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and utilize these Key Results to measure and report on
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define roadmaps to build the next generation of
• Review and give input on architectural system designs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or
• Proven track record of delivering complex cloud-scale distributed systems, particularly in customer
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within a global organizational structure
• Experience building software used by 1000s of users
• Integrate regular customer feedback into software development practices, and leverage customer
