Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Lead Salesforce Data Cloud deployment for ingestion, harmonization, and Identity Resolution.
• Drive Agentforce strategy and autonomous agent workflows using Data Cloud insights.
• Align CRM and Data strategies with product roadmaps and stakeholder goals.
• Oversee SDLC and data governance for CRM, ensuring privacy and governance standards.
• Ensure code quality and platform optimizations (Apex, LWC) to reduce debt.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years software engineering experience; 3–5 yrs Salesforce.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management role.
• Agentforce expertise or knowledge of similar LLM workflows.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Data Cloud, Platform Developer II.
• Strong business acumen; balance urgency with sustainability.
