Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers through coaching, performance management, career
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, system design, scalability, security, development
• Drive planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution throughout the full software development
• Incorporate AI-driven software development practices to support engineering department goals and
• Establish and maintain development processes, code review standards, testing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management
• Proven experience leading engineering teams through the delivery of complex software products and
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern software development
• Demonstrated experience managing engineers through hiring, performance reviews, coaching, career
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders to translate requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical and business decisions
