🎯 Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years in software engineering, with leadership of technical direction.
Experience coaching engineers and performance conversations; mgmt preferred.
Strong technical credibility; able to contribute code, review designs, and guide implementation.
Experience balancing people leadership, technical decisions, and delivery in modern environments.
Experience with cloud platforms; AWS experience preferred.
