🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, incl. 2+ years managing teams.
• Proven track record delivering production software in fast-moving settings.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities.
• Solid grasp of modern software dev practices, planning and delivery workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with product, data, privacy, policy, and business teams.
• Experience in distributed and asynchronous environments.
