📋 Description

• Grow the team: lead and mentor engineers, plus oversee hiring.
• Own deployment outcomes with GM-level revenue responsibility.
• Build agents across a sales rep's day: strategy, outreach, follow-ups.
• Fully automate SDR work; agents learn over time with clear evals.
• Embed agents into customer workflows; ship improvements after calls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including founder or forward-deployed roles.
• Production experience with AI agents.
• Strong opinions on which insights belong in the platform vs customer-facing modifiers.
• High agency; comfortable owning outcomes without a clear playbook.
• Strong communication; explain the agent to sales, relay needs to engineering, report deployment status to leadership.
• Based in San Francisco, available to be in-office 3+ days/week.
