Engineering Manager (Agentic Orchestration and Loan Origination)

📋 Description

• Build and lead the ten-engineer team: hiring, coaching, performance, growth
• Read designs, weigh trade-offs with senior engineers, and understand system behavior
• Keep the codebase healthy across quarters; drive tech debt paydown
• Grow the team's agentic engineering practice through mentoring and pairing
• Lead production health for services: on-call, alerts, incident response, follow-through
• Guide secure SDLC: patching, threat modeling, SOC 2/GLBA readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineers who build and operate production apps
• Experience guiding a team's shift to agentic engineering or AI-enabled products
• Customer-focused leaders who grow their own leadership and engineering skills
• Experience leading a distributed team across time zones (nearshore/offshore)
• Full-stack understanding: hosts/HTML, models, DBs, DNS, runtimes, REST
• Collaborative, people-first leaders who value context over command
