Engineering Manager, Agents

📋 Description

• Lead and grow engineers building AI agents handling complex customer interactions.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate pain points into scalable AI agent solutions.
• Drive end-to-end agent deployments from implementation to optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design and research to identify cross-customer trends for platform evolution.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for AI-powered customer support.
• Support and mentor engineers with technical guidance and career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Have 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript and asynchronous programming
• Experience leading teams building complex distributed systems or customer-facing products
• A high degree of comfort digging into system failures within deep technology stacks using any tool necessary
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise customers
