Engineering Manager, Agents

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team building AI agents for complex customer interactions
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate pain points into AI agent solutions
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of agent deployments from start to optimization
• Collaborate with product, design and research to identify cross-customer trends
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for AI-powered support
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and career development

🎯 Requirements

• Have 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Have 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with Python, Typescript and asynchronous programming
• Experience leading teams building distributed systems or customer-facing products
• Comfort digging into system failures within deep tech stacks
• Strong communication and ability to work with enterprise customers
