📋 Description

• Lead a team of frontend/backend/AI engineers for Duo Chat roadmap.
• Define requirements with product/UX for AI features.
• Contribute to architecture for AI agents at scale.
• Remove blockers and keep delivery on schedule.
• Coach engineers and foster inclusive, accountable culture.
• Improve testing, observability, and performance of AI-powered chat.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams in a distributed environment.
• Strong software engineering foundation with ability to discuss tradeoffs.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI or generative AI for software dev workflows.
• Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and fast-moving product development.
• Clear communication and collaboration across engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders.
• Dedication to coaching engineers and creating an inclusive, constructive team environment.
