📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers; set direction and delivery end-to-end.
• Architect and scale AI platform: cross-region inference, multi-GPU fleets, distributed training.
• Drive inference optimization across the stack: GPU kernels, quantization, memory/IO tuning.
• Optimize open-weight models: distillation, quantization, speculative decoding, KV-cache tuning.
• Scale data-science productivity via autonomous, agent-driven workflows across feature engineering, training, rollout.
• Push frontier across MLOps, LLMOps, compute efficiency, and distributed ML systems.
