🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in data/software with 3+ years people leadership.
  • Deep Data Science lifecycle understanding.
  • Hands-on with LLMs, GenAI, RAG architectures.
  • Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure AI, Vertex AI).
  • Vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate); distributed systems.
  • Agile/Scrum, global team management.
