Engineering Manager - AI Product(100% Remote EMEA)

📋 Description

• Lead AI platform and product engineering team (3 engineers)
• Drive architecture for AI product focusing on inference perf and cost
• Hands-on design/implementation of core AI systems
• Own GPU scheduling, deployment/versioning, data pipelines
• Collaborate with Product, Infra, Security, Backend teams
• Mentor, coach, and drive ownership culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software eng experience; 2+ years in technical leadership
• Proven AI/ML platform or inference infra in production
• Strong Python; systems language (Go/Rust) a plus
• LLM stack familiarity; model APIs and serving frameworks
• Cloud expertise (AWS) and GPU compute
• Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi/AWS CDK); CI/CD know-how
