🎯 Requirements

Proven track record leading complex, data-driven or AI-enabled programs.
Experience moving initiatives from POC to production-grade solutions.
Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
Lead and coordinate distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
Adapt delivery rituals, governance, and planning for AI-driven initiatives.
Fully bilingual French/English is mandatory.
