Engineering Manager, AI Tooling

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team working on Field Agent Growth and AI Tooling.
• Own engineering execution to boost Field Agent usage and AI token consumption.
• Partner with Product and Design to ship Field Agent experiences.
• Drive rigorous experimentation and rollout: metrics, ramp plans, readiness.
• Balance growth bets with trust work: spend visibility and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Data Science to analyze usage and adoption funnels.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and developing high-performing product engineering teams.
• Strong product sense; shipping user-facing experiences with measurable impact.
• Experience building AI/ML, automation, developer tooling, or PLG experiences.
• Experience partnering with PM, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams.
• Comfort using metrics, experiments, and customer feedback to guide roadmap.
• Strong full-stack technical judgment; AI product experience preferred.
