📋 Description

• Leading a team of engineers, owning both its delivery and its development.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team with fast iterations.
• Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and candid feedback.
• Develop the next layer of leadership: tech leads, senior engineers, and ICs.
• Write and review code; influence architectural decisions and stay current in the stack.
• Lead an AI-augmented team and push the team's craft forward with every new capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with hands-on coding.
• Hands-on experience building cloud SaaS in production on AWS, GCP, or Azure; ownership of availability.
• API-first mindset; products are available via APIs and UI.
• Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.
• Track record transforming teams with measurable improvements in delivery and quality.
• Deep fluency in the team's stack; able to read, write, and review code at senior level.
