📋 Description

• Lead a remote engineering team focused on analytics and cloud-native SaaS.
• Hands-on leadership: standups, code reviews, architecture, delivery planning.
• Write and review code; drive architectural decisions with senior ICs.
• Grow the team's capabilities and leadership bench (tech leads, staff-ready).
• Own roadmap, planning cadence, and cross-functional alignment.
• Foster AI-augmented workflows while maintaining quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management roles.
• Hands-on cloud SaaS engineering, production services on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• API-first mindset; products accessible via API in addition to UI.
• Strong background in databases, SQL, query optimization, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record transforming delivery velocity and quality.
• Excellent judgment, clear communication, and accountability under pressure.
