Balance demand between architectural depth and team autonomy
Collaborate on long-term vision for maintainability, scalability, and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

Strong backend/API/Perf and migration expertise
6+ years in management with transformation experience
Concrete migration/modernization project experience at scale
Strong AI culture and AI-first mindset in a senior dev team
Fluent French and English
