Engineering Manager, App SW - Embedded

📋 Description

• Lead the US Application Engineering team for embedded/AV software bring-up.
• Oversee bring-up and early validation of AI software on customer hardware platforms.
• Coordinate across SoCs, Linux/QNX/Adaptive AUTOSAR environments, and HW teams.
• Drive CI/CD, HIL, and test infrastructure integration with hardware.
• Partner with OEM/Tier1 teams to resolve hardware-specific issues.
• Shape US AV capabilities from the ground up while ensuring robust diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in embedded or automotive software; hands-on platform bring-up preferred.
• Strong C/C++, Bash, Python; leadership of engineering teams.
• Deep Linux embedded experience (Yocto, systemd, bootloaders, device trees).
• Familiarity with QNX and Adaptive AUTOSAR on target hardware.
• Experience with automotive-grade SoCs (NVIDIA Orin, Qualcomm SA8295/SA8650, Renesas, TI).
• Exposure to CAN, Ethernet, PCIe, SPI, I2C; hardware debugging tools; CI/CD integration.
